We have an exciting career opportunity for an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated Mental Health and Wellbeing Professional to support our Student Services Department’s Mental Health & Counselling Services.
You will be responsible for co-ordinating Wellbeing & Counselling Support within the Student Services department. This will entail oversight and implementation of various policies in relation to mental health and wellbeing provision. The role will also consider staff and student training requirements. The role will also be a point of contact for Mental Health Mentors working with Perth College students as funded via Disabled Students Allowance.
You should be educated to Degree level in a relevant subject area for example a degree in one of the caring professions e.g., Psychology, Social work, community education, mental health or other related discipline. It is envisaged that you will have experience of supporting students in a Higher Education and or Further Education setting.
