We have an exciting opportunity to join the Careers & Enterprise Hub at Leicestershire College. As an integral part of the team, you will provide an exceptional, friendly and responsive service to all Customers & visitors to the Careers & Enterprise Hub.

This role will be employed on a casual basis to provide cover for holidays and sickness, particularly during Saturday and evening opening hours, at our town centre Careers & Enterprise Hub.

You will be required to provide a high level of customer service, being first point of contact to all customers and visitors who enter the Careers & Enterprise Hub. You will act as the key interface between the Careers & Enterprise Hub customers and other members of the Careers & Enterprise team; dealing with queries from customers, answering calls and emails, and working alongside other members of the team to ensure smooth running of the Hub.
