Our Employer Services team are looking to inspire young Engineers of the future and we want an Apprenticeship Manager to lead this area to excellence. You will be managing our assessors and trainers to give apprentices the best experience whilst at the College and preparing them for their career.

We work with Level 2 and 3 higher apprentices, to deliver flexible, high quality training and assessments within the workplace.

You will be responsible for all elements of the apprenticeship journey and ensuring that the area delivers a high quality of teaching and learning, whilst meeting the needs of employers. You will be supported to develop new delivery and identify alternative funding where possible.

You will lead on the curriculum plan, budget and key performance targets for your area, whilst supported by the Head of Operations and a great team of staff.

We encourage applicants that have the necessary industrial experience but are looking for a new challenge through teaching and we will support the completion of relevant qualifications in order for you to thrive in your role.

The post will be shortlisted against the essential and desirable criteria at application stage from the person specification. Please ensure that you have a look at this specification attached to the Role Profile and complete your application directly from this, as these specifications are an integral part of the selection process.

Interviews/assessments are planned for week commencing 13th December 2021.
