We have an opportunity for a talented, enthusiastic and committed teacher of maths to join our Access to Higher Education team.  You will be required to teach both Functional Skills and GCSE maths to our Access to Higher Education students, and it is expected that you will have previous experience of teaching both qualifications. We welcome applications from NQT’s.

You will be a positive and enthusiastic practitioner who is able to successfully motivate and engage adult learners through the use of varied teaching and learning strategies. A relevant degree or equivalent is essential and applicants must already have a teaching qualification. You will also have strong interpersonal and organisational skills and demonstrate an inclusive commitment to the development of all your students.

We are looking for a teacher who will develop and embrace exciting and innovative modes of delivery as part of a highly committed team.  You should demonstrate excellent practice regarding teaching and learning and a continuing interest in your own professional development.
