IT Service Desk Advisor
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Service Desk Team who will become part of a large innovative college IT department, taking pride in their work, helping and assisting stakeholders and providing excellent customer service.
You will be involved in dealing with calls via our helpdesk system, and supporting staff (and students) with IT queries, including the provision of 1st line support of computer equipment.
You will possess a good working knowledge of common computer applications, current PC operating systems and a range of IT hardware, including the ability to provide advice and support on these products. You will also be able to work effectively as part of a team, possess good communication and interpersonal skills and be able to demonstrate experience of dealing with customers in a pressurised IT service environment.
A good general education, including Level 2 or equivalent in English and Mathematics, is an essential requirement for this role.
