Inclusion Curriculum Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) (Fixed Term)

We are passionate about Preparation for Adulthood and about ensuring that young people with complex needs develop the skills and confidence for life and work. Our students are mainly aged 16-25 and follow personalised learning programmes including embedded English and maths, social skills, life skills, work-ready employability skills and personal development.  Learning takes place in the classroom, and where possible in "real-world" practical / community settings and work placements.

We are seeking to recruit a skilled and enthusiastic HLTA to join our dedicated Inclusion Curriculum team and share our motivation around Preparation for Adulthood and commitment to inclusive practice. 

Our HLTAs provide a range of support across our curriculum and also throughout unstructured times of the day. 

We would welcome applications from individuals with the relevant experience and who are already HLTA qualified or are currently working towards their level 4 HLTA qualification.
