Casual Trainer in Horticulture

Do you have a passion, skill in horticulture/gardening that you want to share with us?

We're searching for a passionate and motivated person to share their knowledge, wisdom, and experience with students enrolled on the RHS Level 2 Horticulture programme.

This part-time course will be delivered either during the day or evenings.

Your Tasks:

• Plan, prepare and deliver either face to face at Pencoed and/or virtually. Pass on industry experience; transferring your skills and knowledge into learning programmes and assessments Supervise a work area to ensure safety is met

What we are looking for:

• Level 4 HND Horticulture or RHS Level 3 in either theory or practicals

• Someone who is enthusiastic and creative who works well with others Proactive work ethic Natural ability to support and motivate Experience in teaching professional/vocational qualifications. Enjoys building engaging relationships with students and making a difference in their learning experience.
