Project Claims Administrator
We are looking for a Project Claims Administrator to support the wider administration of the project. You’ll oversee tracking project objectives and managing claims. You’ll have first class administrative skills, be organised and able to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities. Previous project administration is required for this role.
The project you will be supporting will look to develop a new technical curriculum focusing on higher (Level 4 and 5) technical qualifications and resources which are applicable to the wider land management, agriculture, horticulture, viticulture and marine environment sectors. As the leading regional provider of land based and environmental education, Plumpton College is committed to providing the future skills required by employers for the transition to a highly sustainable, zero carbon economy. Alongside a current £15m investment in our facilities for students, we are therefore delighted to launch a highly innovative national project that will enable the development of green technologies and provide the skills and education for sustainable land management and food production. This role is advertised initially as a 6 month fixed term contract with possible permanent opportunities resulting from the project.
As well as a competitive salary, you can also look forward to a great range of benefits including 26 days holiday plus bank holidays (as well as up to 5 efficiency days at Christmas), membership of the Local Government Pension Scheme, cycle to work scheme and a range of staff discounts.
With over 3,000 students, excellent resources and a drive for continuous improvement, Plumpton College is actively seeking staff who want to make a difference and be part of this exciting phase of our development. At Plumpton College we are Ambitious & Progressive, Enterprising, Professional, Supportive and Passionate about everything we do – if you share these values and would like to be part of our growing team then we’d like to hear from you.
