Organisational Development & Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Adviser

Perth College UHI is one of Scotland’s leading Colleges of Further and Higher Education, and a large partner in Scotland’s newest University, the University of the Highlands and Islands.

Reporting to the Head of HR and Organisational Development you will be responsible for providing a wide range of specialist equality, diversity & inclusion advice and guidance across the College, as well as developing and delivering EDI training sessions. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of EDI processes and practices including reviewing Equality Impact Assessments and preparing a range of annual reports. You will also contribute to the college organisational development agenda, encompassing induction, staff development and workforce planning.
