Careers and Employment Coach

An exciting opportunity has arisen within Bridgend College! We are recruiting for a Careers and Employment Coach.

In this role, you will provide  impartial careers information, advice and guidance sessions to students and clients on other external projects e.g. PLA (Personal Learning Account) and Kickstart Scheme. 

 You will also provide advice and guidance sessions to students, and assist students with key progression and career tasks including UCAS personal statements, UCAS applications, CV creation, personal skills development, job applications, interview techniques and employment searches.

If you have experience of working with young people in an advisory role and experience of providing information, advice, and guidance to a wide range of individuals, we want to hear from you!
