Our Teaching and Learning Improvement Team are passionate about cultivating a culture of continuous improvement for our students. At DCG we want all our students to thrive, to enjoy their education, achieve their potential and move on to their next steps with confidence. The team works across the College to improve the quality of teaching, assessment, use of EdTech and Libraries. In this post, you will play a critical role in supporting our Teaching and Learning Team and the journey to excellence through:
- Providing an excellent administrative support for our Director of Teaching and Learning Improvement and managers in the team
- Planning and monitoring teaching and learning observations and reviews
- Preparing, collating and distributing reports and action plans
- Using data sources to compile reports and creating visual data presentation
- Overseeing the administration of our compliments and complaints process from beginning to end.
We are looking for an individual with sound administrative and I.T. skills who is happy to work as part of a team and on their own initiative. We are seeking a flexible professional who is confident in report writing and presenting data effectively. Stakeholder engagement and customer care is at the heart of this role and effective communication is essential.
