Site Support Administrator

DN Colleges Group is looking to employ a Site Student Support Administrator at its British Steel Training Centre. The successful candidate will perform a key role linked to a high-performing Curriculum Support Team, working with curriculum colleagues and employees of British Steel to undertake a wide range of administrative and student support-related duties, to deliver a professional and customer-focussed service to internal and external customers and students; ensuring that data quality and data management across the student life cycle operates effectively.

Based at the British Steel training centre, you will support and work in partnership with the employer for student induction and pastoral support.

The ability to work flexibly, to tight deadlines, to be able to adapt to an ever-changing environment and also to handle information and resolve issues in a methodical, intelligent and accurate manner are essential. Relevant experience of working in an educational environment would be an advantage. The successful candidate must be computer literate.
