Nottingham College is looking to appoint a Head of Learning Support to lead a flexible, high-quality and student-centred support team across our campuses.
This is an opportunity for the right candidate to develop responsive support services for students; that meet the highest standards of customer experience, whilst being personalised and specific to requirements.
The successful candidate will bring with them experience of effectively managing a customer-facing service, including the line management of staff, with a demonstrable commitment to and understanding of, the student experience. We are looking for an excellent communicator, who is highly organised, proactive and enthusiastic, with the ability to motivate and inspire others that work with them.
