Nottingham College is looking to appoint a Head of Student Wellbeing to lead a flexible, high-quality and student-centred service across our campuses.

This is an opportunity for the right candidate to develop a wellbeing strategy for the college, developing delivery mechanisms for the effective implementation of the strategy and associated activities. The role is key in supporting effective learning outside of the classroom that prepare our students for employment or higher education.

The successful candidate will bring with them experience of effectively managing a customer-facing service, including the line management of staff, with a demonstrable commitment to and understanding of, the student experience. We are looking for an excellent communicator, who is highly organised, proactive and enthusiastic, with the ability to motivate and inspire others that work with them.
