WHAT WE DO 

The ITSS Professional Services team provides an IT support service across the Luminate Education Group.

We are looking for an individual to join our teams as an IT Technician Apprentice.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

You will develop technical skills in order to provide excellent IT support by Installing, maintaining, testing and configuring hardware, operating systems and software.

You will also support desktops, mobile computers, mobile telephone handsets and all multimedia including classroom technology.

YOUR PROFILE 

We are looking for an enthusiastic person looking to start a career in IT to work with our teams at the White Rose Academies Trust.

A basic understanding of IT is required.

Full technical training including CISCO and Microsoft will be provided within our Apprenticeship frameworks.
