DN Colleges are seeking an experienced Employability Facilitator to deliver Traineeships. This role is based at both North Lindsey College in Scunthorpe & Doncaster College.

The role of Traineeship Employability Facilitator will involve planning, preparing and delivering high quality work preparation sessions to develop learners’ skills, knowledge and behaviours, supporting CV development and interview skills with the aim to progress to an apprenticeship or employment. 

The role includes working with Employers to identify suitable candidates to complete a traineeship, where you will then support the Trainee’s whole journey from enrolment through to completion. 

As part of the role regular reviews will be carried out with the employers and trainees, to support a positive destination and experience for all stakeholders.
