Pastoral Coach

Pembrokeshire College is currently seeking to appoint two motivated and inspiring individuals to join the Faculty Area of Specialist Vocational Education and the Faculty Area of Engineering, Computing and Construction.  We are ideally looking for two full-time individuals to undertake these roles, although consideration would be given for appropriate applicants to undertake either role on a job share basis.

(2 x positions)

Salary Details: BS22-25 - £23,581 - £25,534 pro rata

This is a 4 point incremental scale with progression to each point on an annual basis.  Commencing salaries will be assessed in accordance with the College’s starting salaries matrix.

Hours of Work:
Full time - 37 hours per week over term weeks (2 x positions)

This post will be worked over 36 weeks (which are the College’s term weeks from September to June)

For the right candidate, consideration of less hours may be considered on a job share basis.

Contract Type: Salaried term time only - Permanent

This annualised hours contract will be paid in equal amounts of 12 months (September to August) and the appropriate element of payment for accrued annual leave for the duration of the contract will be incorporated into the calculation.   Please note, this is subject to the date of commencement)
