Exam Invigilator (Casual hours)

We have regular assessments and exams through the year and need to be able to facilitate these with a team of positive individuals. We are now looking to expand our Invigilator team as we hold our assessments including GCSE examinations once again.

You will ensure that all exam spaces are set up in the correct manner and work with colleagues to bring students in and distribute exam scripts in an appropriate manner. You will contribute to the effective maintenance of exam conditions. At the end of assessments you will collect in student scripts and ensure these are collated in accordance with awarding body rules. You may also support smaller groups or individuals as a reader or scribe in assessments in line with authorised support plans.

You will be flexible in your approach to work and able to demonstrate good organisational skills. You will be able to work to clear guidelines and be comfortable working with a wide range of people in our student body and across our organisation. Prior experience of working in a similar role would be an advantage although full training will be provided.
