We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated member of staff to work with us as a Student Records Officer on a permanent basis.

Job Purpose:

Work as part of a team, following the data capture and reporting cycle from enrolment through to certification including assisting with the examinations process.

Input, amend and maintain student records throughout the year from various sources of information e.g. enrolment forms, withdrawal forms, attendance registers, course information sheets etc.

Set up and maintain all annual course frameworks on student records system ensuring all modules or units to be taught are approved and set up correctly, using Course Information Sheets as the data source.  Verify any anomalies with managers and check awarding body frameworks to ensure students are on the correct units to achieve their award.

Please note: the successful post holder will need to pass a satisfactory PVG Scheme check through Disclosure Scotland prior to commencing employment.
