Maintenance Technician

Moulton College has an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Technician to join our Facilities team.

Moulton College is a specialist, innovative, industry-led technical and vocational College, recognised as a market leader in supporting people to access skills and progress into the world of work.

You will undertake general maintenance of the buildings on the campus including minor repairs.

You will ensure compliance with health and safety on the site, including testing of the alarm systems.

Do you have a background in Trade and are looking for a change of industry?

A full, clean driving licence and a flexible approach to work are essential.

You will carry out a range of duties across the site including ensuring the site is kept clean, tidy and safe.

You will actively participate in the day to day maintenance of buildings and services, carry out general porterage duties and supervise the estate roads and car parks. You will also support in the security gatehouse and ensure accurate records of emergency system tests are maintained.
