Director of Marketing and Student Recruitment (LUM12)

WHAT WE DO 

Luminate Education Group is looking to recruit to the Student Recruitment and Marketing Team where we have a wide variety of roles from Customer Experience to Copy Writers, Graphic Designers, Marketing Executives and Market Insight Analysts. We design and deliver innovative marketing campaigns for a huge variety of courses and specialisms. 

Whilst student recruitment will always be at our core, we also work on a wide range of exciting projects, including supporting our colleagues in the Resourcing Team on recruitment campaigns and events. 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• You will lead Student Recruitment, with responsibility for overseeing and developing the annual student recruitment plans and longer term recruitment strategies.
• You will oversee all Luminate Education Group corporate marketing activity with a focus on enhancing the reputation of the group and the development of the brand.
• You will oversee the student recruitment conversion plans across different levels of study.
• You will lead  market research and insight to inform market positioning and new product development.
• You will provide dynamic, visible and effective leadership as part of SLT and be an active member of SLT and other relevant college group meetings.
• You will provide input to the Group strategic objectives and oversee aspects of its delivery.
