An exciting opportunity has arisen within our expanding Construction Learning Area for a Construction Lecturer with a proven track record in Brickwork/Carpentry.

With current up to date knowledge of the sector, you will be instrumental in delivering curriculum and assessing on a wide range of courses from the Schools provision through to full time courses, multiskilling, apprenticeships and higher level courses.

A requirement of the role is that you will possess a Level 3 qualification in Brickwork/Carpentry, hold level 2 (GCSE or equivalent) literacy & numeracy qualifications and be willing to work towards a teaching qualification.

We are looking for inspiring individuals with a good knowledge of relevant regulations who wish to impart their knowledge and experience in delivering technical training.

You will develop and employ a variety of learning strategies, including the use of ILT, to ensure excellence in teaching and learning and the achievement of course targets for retention and attainment.
