This is a pivotal role in which the Registry Manager will lead Plumpton College’s dynamic Registry Team to provide managed access to comprehensive, reliable, relevant and up to date information. Leading Plumpton College’s Registry Team the post holder will organise and control the College’s data systems and procedures to provide high quality, reliable student data to support management decision-making. The Registry Manager will provide our stakeholders with regular, timely and accurate updates, statistical analysis and management reporting, whilst utilising sector-specific information and qualification trends to inform future strategy. Working College wide, the Registry Manager will work with colleagues across the College Management Team, and specifically with the Marketing and Enquiries, Advice & Guidance (EAG) team.

The Registry Manager will be involved with strategic planning, ensuring a consistent and evolving level of service is delivered to meet the constantly changing needs of the organisation and its partners. This role will include implementation of new systems and improvements to data collection.
