Our Floristry division is highly successful and growing fast and we are now looking to build this team. We are seeking Lecturers to deliver high quality teaching, learning & assessments in both practical and theory lessons in the classroom and visiting students on placement with employers. You will help students to maximise their potential and make positive progress towards their timely success, future study and employment. These are bank opportunities which will require some flexibility for working hours but it is anticipated that at least 2 to 3 days of work each month will be offered.

The ideal candidate will possess a range of industry specific qualifications and will have knowledge and experience in the field of Floristry. We are looking for people with enthusiasm and passion for the subject and the ability to communicate this to our students. We have many training programmes available for prospective candidates including initial teacher training and we pride ourselves on taking the time to develop our staff through a range of CPD activities.
