Student Support Worker

We have new opportunities available for individuals to join the college on a part -time temporary basis (term time only), working closely with our Inclusive Learning and Wellbeing and Safeguarding teams.

The postholder will provide individualised support to one or two learners in the classroom, community or workshop environment.  This will include supporting the learners at the beginning and end of the day.

Hours will be flexible and meet the needs of the students' timetables and may be offered on a casual, part-time or fixed term basis.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with students with physical and/or mental health needs as well as being able to provide strong behaviour management skills.
