Data Returns Administrator

We have a great opportunity based within our Data Returns team at Bedford College for an Administrator. 

As our Data Returns Administrator, you will play a key role in the success of our students through:

  • Supporting understanding of errors and data exception rules within Student Registry teams supporting accuracy of data returns, as well as running and validating returns to various agencies, uploading resulting reports to agency portals.
  • Developing and maintaining a working knowledge of funding guidelines.

Ideal candidates will enjoy investigating issues thoroughly, seeking resolutions in combination with excellent organisational skills, alongside the following qualifications:

  • Level 2 or equivalent qualification(s)

Contract Type – Bedford College Professional Services Ltd (BCPS Ltd)

19.5 hours per week (0.5 FTE) / 52 weeks per year

273 hours holiday per annum, pro rata

An Enhanced DBS check will be required and you will be required to declare any convictions, cautions, reprimands or final warnings, which would not be filtered in line with current guidance.
