Work Experience Administrator
Term Time – 38 Weeks
We are seeking an administrator to join our Work Experience team. The successful applicant will be involved in a range of activities including undertaking low level risk assessments, ensuring placement details are recorded accurately on the College systems and liaising with tutors, work experience coordinators, employers and students to ensure placements take place in a timely manner. You will also undertake general administration relating to work experience.
You will be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages, in particular Word, and Excel. In addition to this you will have a confident and professional telephone manner and excellent customer service skills.
