Moulton College has an exciting opportunity for an experienced, customer-focused and flexible HR & Recruitment Officer to join our team. The College is in the midst of a period of exciting changes having seen significant growth in student numbers over the last two years. We now have an opening for a HR & Recruitment Officer to support the next chapter of #TeamMoulton.

The right candidate will have experience of working in a similar role within a recruitment environment and as part of a wider recruitment or HR team. You will be able to demonstrate excellent organisation skills, creative flare and experience of targeted media strategies.

You will work with recruiting managers to source their people resource.
You will be experienced in utilising advertising space to recruit and promote the College as an 'employer of choice' and 'career destination' through the effective use of online media.
This role owns and drives recruitment across the College, enabling the College to fulfil its commitment to motivate students and develop and grow their skills and experience.
We are looking for an individual with a minimum of grade C in Maths and English and evidence of Continuing Professional Development. You will have experience of working in a similar role and knowledge of law related to recruitment and its application. You will be able to work at pace and will have a flexible approach to work to ensure you can meet the needs of our diverse business.
