Moulton College has an exciting opportunity for a committed, organised and focused Administrator to join our team. The College is in the midst of a period of exciting changes, having seen significant growth in student numbers over the last two years. Our team has grown and due to internal promotion we are now looking to recruit an Administrator to support the next chapter of #TeamMoulton.

Experience of working within a HR department would be advantageous although is not essential.
You will provide a professional, efficient, accurate and confidential HR administration service for Moulton College. You will develop and maintain quality administrative systems and procedures to support the work of the Human Resources Team and the College. This will include the maintenance of employee files; processing of recruitment data and payroll information; maintenance of the HR database; administering and recording the recruitment and selection process; dealing with enquiries; administering the workforce development programme; and so much more!
This is a varied role in a busy, focused and friendly team and would suit either an experienced Administrator or a newly qualified Human Resources professional with an administration background.
We are looking for an individual with a minimum of grade C in Maths and English and a Level 3 CIPD or equivalent, or a willingness to study this alongside the role. You will have experience of working in a similar role and of working in a professional, customer-focused office environment. You will be able to work at pace and will have a flexible approach to work to ensure you can meet the needs of our diverse business.
