We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Technician to join our Estates team here at The Hub, Doncaster College.
The role will involve the day to day Maintenance and Caretaking of the college estate. The team are allocated to maintenance activities on a daily basis and the work is varied.
You will undertake tasks related to both planned and reactive maintenance, tasks could be setting up a classroom with furniture, painting walls, tap runoffs, moving and carrying equipment – it is a very varied workload and this list is by no means exhaustive.
You will assist Buildings Manager in providing value for money, fit for purpose services and facilities to support campus maintenance and the Estates Strategy.
We would prefer if you had some maintenance experience, either generally or experience as a tradesperson or caretaker. Relevant experience in an estates role and well-developed and effective communication with the confidence to deal with others at all levels.
A background check will be required -DBS.
