Morley College London at the Chelsea Centre for the Creative Industries is looking to recruit an inspirational, committed and innovative 0.8 Senior Tutor in ESOL to join its community.

Established in 1889, and with our roots stretching back even further, Morley College London is one of the country's oldest and largest specialist providers of adult education. The Chelsea Centre for the Creative Industries (CCCI) specialises in creative learning including its Essential Skills provision and provides both accredited and unaccredited short courses.

We are seeking an exceptional tutor with a successful track record of delivering high-quality teaching and learning to teach a range of ESOL courses from Pre-Entry through to Level 2 across our adult provision, including evening and Saturday delivery.

The successful applicant will have experience in delivering innovative and creative teaching and learning in class and online and possess an up-to-date and in-depth knowledge of curriculum delivery. They will also have the ability to use inspiring teaching methods and produce engaging teaching materials. Ideally with a CELTA qualification, experience with City and Guilds ESOL qualifications would be an advantage, although not strictly necessary.

You will join an academic community of specialists and will have a voice in shaping the Centre’s future as we continue to grow a contemporary curriculum for a diverse range of young people and adult learners at the centre and as a part of Morley College London.

Morley College London aims to have a workforce that is as reflective of the diverse population that it serves. The College particularly encourages applications from women, ethnic minorities and disabled people who are currently under-represented within our academic team.
