Executive Director Apprenticeships

An exciting opportunity has arisen for the post of Executive Director for Apprenticeships at DN Colleges. This person will provide leadership across the group for the management of the delivery and quality of apprenticeship, ensuring that all aspects of apprenticeships are delivered to the highest possible standard meeting the requirements of employers, funding bodies, apprentices, the Institute for Apprentices, ESFA and Ofsted. 

DN Colleges Group is the fifth largest further education provider of apprenticeships, with usually approximately 2000 apprentices across over 90 Standards, level 2 to 7. Apprenticeships remains a complex area to lead on as regulations change, including staff development as a key priority area to ensure all curriculum management and staff understand the provision and expectations. The role will work both strategically and operationally ensuring ESFA and Ofsted compliance, and most importantly enabling our delivery to meet employer and apprentices needs through a flexible responsive and quality-based approach to our provision.
