This is a newly created post at Harrow College and Uxbridge College. Reporting to the Assistant Principal for Workplace and Employability Skills, you would lead the development and delivery of an employability strategy across HCUC, working in close partnership with academic departments and corporate service teams. You would lead on the embedding of employability and skills across the curriculum, the development of T Levels, expansion of placement-learning opportunities, and enhancing employer engagement activities.
You will have at least 3 years’ teaching experience in Further Education together with experience of curriculum management, and have up to date knowledge of curriculum developments including T Levels. You will have experience of quality improvement, managing change and implementing new initiatives, and be able to utilise your leadership and relationship-building skills to encourage best practice, innovation and collaborative working.
The College has recently introduced a Working from Home policy. You may be able to work a proportion of your work time from home. Working from Home may be possible where this does not adversely impact on the operational needs of the College.
