Job purpose: 

To be responsible for the leadership and management of student and customer services, including our student Success Centres across all College sites. You will ensure that we deliver an exceptional experience for every learner and customer.

In this role you will undertake the day to day leadership and management of Student Services and ensure the team delivers an outstanding student and customer experience.  

You will ensure that our Customer Service Advisors deliver an excellent multichannel and bilingual front of house customer experience (phone, digital and in-person) and work with and manage the Student Services Advisors to further develop and maintain a responsive approach to partnership working with curriculum teams and the curriculum management structure to deliver a highly effective and efficient learner journey.

You will have strategic oversight of student finance, working with and line managing the Student Financial Wellbeing and Transport Coordinator to identify innovative and sustainable approaches to removing barriers to learning for students.

You will have significant experience of managing a large and diverse team, admissions and enrolment processes, using management information systems and budget management (staffing resource and student support funding and finance).
