Programme Tutor - Creative Arts & Digital Industries

Our Creative and Digital Industries department is growing and we are wanting to recruit an enthusiastic and versatile programme tutor to the team. Ideally, you should be qualified to at least Degree level or similar in a related area or have extensive work experience in the Creative and Digital sector. Applicants should also possess a level 4 teaching qualification or be willing to / working towards this.

It is essential that the candidates possess comprehensive knowledge of Creative Arts processes and skilled in using Creative Digital software. Applicants would need be flexible in their teaching across the creative specialisms, inspiring students to achieve success and progression to their desired destination. The candidate will have a broad knowledge of creative processes in art and digital subjects such as photography, fashion & textiles, video production, imaging software skills, fine art & illustration, motion graphics and animation. The successful candidate must be able to teach across a range of programmes at levels 1, 2 and 3 in both classroom and blended learning environments and be ready to support new developments within the curriculum and grow employer engagement to enhance provision.

Experience of assessment and quality assurance practises would be desirable.
