We are looking for an experienced AAT lecturer with relevant AAT teaching or industry experience and qualifications to work with commercial training contracts, AAT Apprentices and full cost students who are employed across our provision, ideally with knowledge and experience of delivery AAT qualifications.  We require a lecturer who can make an immediate contribution to the team, as well as deliver a high level of service and support to our apprentices, full cost students and employers.

To be successful for this role you will have a relevant vocational qualification at level 5 or above, Ideally AAT qualified at level 4 or above, you will have experience and knowledge of delivering apprenticeship standards in accountancy, or equivalent relevant industry commercial experience in accountancy.

You will provide training sessions both in college and work very closely with the trainer assessor who will regularly visits students at workplaces to individuals or groups of learners and organise regular visits to assess apprentice progress in readiness for End Point Assessment.  You will support with employer engagement and training progress with the trainer assessor in the workplace monitoring  completion of set tasks to ensure appropriate progress is made in a timely manner. 

The lecturer will report to the Curriculum Manager and will make a considerable contribution to the College’s aim to provide outstanding quality and responsiveness in training, learning and assessment in this subject area.
