The College is looking for management trainers, suitably qualified, to join our highly successful and professional team, operating within GCS Training, the commercial branch of the College.  You will be employed to train, assess and coach learners in all aspects of leadership & management up to level 7 on an hourly basis.

Working with employers to diagnose, support and implement training solutions to meet the needs of their business, you will provide a seamless learning experience that develops the individual and aids skills improvements to include QCF NVQs, apprenticeship frameworks, academic, endorsed and bespoke programmes.

With a proven track record of working in a leadership & management role you will have relevant commercial knowledge and an understanding of the qualifications.

You will possess a level 5 qualification in a relevant subject, a teaching qualification and an assessor’s award and ideally hold, or be prepared to work towards an IQA Internal Verifiers award.

Appointments will normally be made to the bottom of the salary scale with annual increments on 1st August each year (subject to completing 6 months service).
