WHAT WE DO 

We are a developing and growing industry responsive Technology Department. We are looking for a highly motivated Course Leader, with a potential to develop higher, who will deliver our strategic ambitions and growth. Taking responsibility initially for motor vehicle courses delivering both vocational and academic pathways of study, including apprenticeships. You will have the responsibility to lead on recruitment, delivery and assessment of qualifications from level 1 to level 3. We require someone who understands the needs of the local and national skills agenda and also have the drive and enthusiasm to support the technology department achieving its goals and aspirations. Ideally, you will hold a teaching qualification and relevant level 3 industrial accreditation. We are a small, growing friendly team and pride ourselves on the importance we attach to well-being as well as academic achievements.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Manage the KPIs for individual programs of study such as achievements, retention, quality, learner experiences.
  • Develop the curriculum so that learners are fully equipped for employment in the industry.
  • Enrich and empower learners through innovative teaching and learning Lead teachers and assessors on designated courses

If you are an EU, EEA or Swiss citizen and you were resident in the UK on or before 31 December 2020, you have until 30 June 2021 to apply to the EU Settlement Scheme, you can continue to prove your right to work in the UK with your passport and identity card up until 30 June 2021. 

There is no change to immigration and right to work for British and Irish Citizens.
