This is a rare opportunity for an MIS specialist to join a growing and ambitious College committed to harnessing business intelligence to improve student experience, performance, deliver efficiency and achieve measurable impact.

Your Duties
You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and timely learner data that optimises funding opportunities and success rates, and ensure timely submission of funding returns. You will support a range of senior and middle management stakeholders and provide advice on curriculum structures to ensure the College delivers programmes which optimise performance.

Person Specification

You will be an enthusiastic and exceptional individual committed to working as part of a team and provide high quality education and skills development leading to talented, industry focused and career ready students.

As a key lead in our MIS function, you will be an experienced user of MIS with a strong background in leading a dedicated team to support the needs of a complex business. You will have comprehensive knowledge of the Further Education sector and you will be the College expert in interpreting and applying all aspects of agency funding

You will have a successful track record in presenting complex data to a range of stakeholders and of working with confidential information. As an exceptional communicator, you will be able to quickly build professional relationships across the organisation and externally.
