Human Resources Assistant

Working as part of a small team of HR Assistants, you will be responsible for providing a proactive, timely and comprehensive administration service to the HR team and College customers. This is a wide and varied role, covering the full employee life cycle. Your duties will include administering the full recruitment process; using the HR system to maintain accurate employee records; supporting the College staff development activities; producing management information reports; and playing an active role in HR projects.
Reporting to the HR Advisor, you will have experience of working in a customer facing role, be able to plan and organise your work, as well as having the flexibility and willingness to learn.
