Human Resources Assistant

Perth College UHI is one of Scotland’s leading Colleges of Further and Higher Education, an a large partner in Scotland’s newest University, the University of the Highlands and Islands.

We are now looking for a new HR Assistant to come and join our team.  If you are passionate about customer service and believe you have the skills and experience we’re looking for then please apply.

Working as part of a small team of HR Assistants, you will be responsible for providing a proactive, timely and comprehensive administration service to the HR team and College customers. This is a wide and varied role, covering the full employee life cycle. Your duties will include administering the full recruitment process; using the HR system to maintain accurate employee records; supporting the College staff development activities; producing management information reports; and playing an active role in HR projects.

Reporting to the HR Advisor, you will have experience of working in a customer facing role, be able to plan and organise your work, as well as having the flexibility and willingness to learn.
