The Faculty of Early Years, Science, Health and Care at Nottingham College offers students the opportunity to study a range of courses.

We are looking for a Health and Social Care lecturer who is a dedicated, enthusiastic teacher to join our faculty. The successful applicant must be able to teach Health and Social Care up to Level 5. You will be a responsible and confident teacher who has the skills to inspire both pupils and colleagues. You will have an imaginative approach to teaching that generates wonderfully creative lessons to fully engage and inspire your students. We would particularly encourage applicants that have a background in Social Work.

The successful candidate should have recent experience of teaching or mentoring, along with the ability to work as part of a team and develop and share innovative and stimulating teaching and learning resources.

You must be passionate about teaching in the FE sector and be committed to ensuring that our learners make the best possible progress. As such, applicants must also have the ability to work under pressure and adapt to change.

You should hold a recognised teaching qualification or must be willing to work towards one and be passionate about being a professional educator to young people.
