Contracts Account Manager

We have a great opportunity based at our Bedford campus for a Contracts Account Manager to become a key member of our Finance department.

As a Contracts Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our students through:

• Managing the procurement activities of the Bedford College Group.
• Maintaining the contracts database for the Bedford College Group, including forward planning and making provisions for contract renewal.
• Leading on compliance with procurement legislation across the Bedford College Group.
• Administering regulatory processes for the Bedford College Group and associated companies.

Our ideal candidates will have experience of using financial data to analyse expenditure patterns and knowledge of Finance systems and control procedures, alongside the following qualifications:

• Part qualified CIMA studying Strategic Level exams or above, or equivalent.
• English and mathematics or similar at GCSE grade A-C or equivalent.

Contract Type – Bedford College Professional Services Ltd (BCPS Ltd)

39 hours per week (1.0 FTE) / 52 weeks per year

27 days holiday plus public holidays per annum

An Enhanced DBS check will be required and you will be required to declare any convictions, cautions, reprimands or final warnings, which would not be filtered in line with current guidance.
