AAT Course Leader or Tutor

Full time – 36 hours per week

Candidates interested in working part time or job sharing will also be considered

£29,901 - £32,139 per annum depending on skills and experience – 35 days holiday

The Role: 

We are looking for an innovative Course Leader who has proven industry experience and qualifications at Level 4 or 5 in Accounting and Bookkeeping and the ability to teach AAT Accounting and Bookkeeping courses up to Level 4. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to be involved in the planning and delivery of a stimulating curriculum offer whilst working alongside an already established team. Delivery of our courses is via a blended learning model with learners attending sessions onsite, on-line and also using Mindful Education on-line Learning platform

You will be expected to:

  • Provide high quality teaching, learning and assessment for all learners
  • Contribute to the continuous development of the curriculum
  • Provide information, advice and guidance to learners
  • Support Professional Pathways Co-ordinator and Head of Professional Pathways to achieve the service’s strategic objectives

About You:

Experience of using Mindful Education Learning platform is desirable.

  • You must have previous experience in a post 16 education environment and proven experience of delivering high quality teaching, learning and assessment
  • You must have professional qualifications and current industry experience in Accounting and Bookkeeping.
  • You must have a teaching qualification at Level 4 or above.
