We are seeking to appoint two highly professional and experienced Digital Trainers to deliver high quality training and assessment to learners within all aspects of the information technology sector i.e. Apprenticeships in IT, Software, Web & Telecoms Professionals (Wales) and aspects of the Diploma in Digital Marketing and Social Media.

The successful candidate will hold a Level 4 qualification or equivalent in IT technical and digital marketing e.g. IT, Software, Web & Telecoms.  A TAQA assessor award or willing to work towards would be desirable. Level 2 (GCSE or equivalent) grade C or above literacy & numeracy qualification is essential for this post.

With a proven track record of working in an IT technical environment you will have commercial knowledge, experience and understanding of the industry, including training needs.

For one of the posts, the ability to communicate effectively using the Welsh language has been deemed as essential.

Applications may be submitted in Welsh and will be treated no less favourably than applications submitted in English.  Gower College Swansea recognises the importance of delivering its services in Welsh and recognises the need to grow its bilingual workforce.  We therefore encourage applications from candidates who can demonstrate good Welsh Language skills.

Appointments will normally be made to the bottom of the salary scale with annual increments on 1st August each year (subject to completing 6 months service).
