We have an opportunity for a HR (People Services) Assistant to join our People Services team (formerly Human Resources), which is dedicated to providing a great service to help build the future of the College.

You will play a crucial role in the team providing professional administrative support to the People Services team, the successful candidate will work with the People Services Administrator to manage the recruitment cycle, ensuring that an efficient customer focused professional service is provided and that safer recruitment processes and compliance are adhered to at all times, providing a great first impression for new staff.

You will be involved on all aspects of the Employee Life Cycle such as maternity, paternity, salary and contract queries.

Candidates will ideally have some experience in Human Resources/People Services, along with strong customer service and administrative skills and experience. You must also be well organised and be able to work as part of a team, be proactive working to deadlines and maintain high levels of accuracy.
