Enquiries, Advice and Guidance Senior Advisor
Our Enquiries, Advice and Guidance team is the first point of reference for everyone who comes into contact with Plumpton College and we are now seeking an exceptional Enquiries, Advice and Guidance Senior Advisor to provide first class customer service. Responding to queries from students, parents and schools regarding courses at Plumpton College, you will provide high quality information and advice on our broad range of study programmes, part-time courses, apprenticeships and traineeships. Delivering a professional, efficient and friendly response to customers and clients, you will deal with enquiries by telephone, email, in person or in writing. This Senior Advisor position means you will need the experience to maintain and manage our part time course database along with managing our relationships with external partners. You will manage data held on our MIS system, deliver training and work closely with the EAG Manager to improve data collection and customer experience.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in working in a high volume customer service environment and will have a customer focused approach, demonstrating excellent communication, organisational and decision making skills. You will have great admin skills with the ability to manage data held within our databases. You will be a professional, committed and confident team player who has the experience and flexible approach to be able to improve the current customer experience.
