Student Experience Adviser

We have a great opportunity based at our Corby and Wellingborough campuses for a Student Experience Adviser to become a key member of our Student Services department.

As a Student Experience Adviser, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our students through:

  • Supporting and delivering a full enhancement programme which contributes to and enhances the student experience and study programmes.
  • Supervising and promoting themed events and wellbeing services for students at all Tresham College campuses.
  • Working closely with the other members of the Student Experience and Progression Team to deliver an effective cross-college service for students.
     

Our ideal candidates will have recent experience of working successfully with young people and adults in a formal/informal environment and evidence of high performance in previous roles/jobs, alongside the following qualifications:

  • Level 2 qualification in relevant subject e.g Care/Social Care
  • English and mathematics or similar at GCSE grade A-C or equivalent or willingness to achieve English and mathematics Level 2 within one year

Contract Type – Bedford College Professional Services Ltd (BCPS Ltd) 

20 hours per week (0. 42543 FTE) / 37 weeks per year

27 days holiday plus public holidays per annum, pro rata

An Enhanced DBS check will be required and you will be required to declare any convictions, cautions, reprimands or final warnings, which would not be filtered in line with current guidance.
