We are currently looking for an individual to join our Exams function. Working in a core area of College operations you will support and deliver processes that provide students with a first class and seamless experience.

The Exams Administrator will deal with all aspects of the Exam Administration process from exam registration to co-ordination of Exam Invigilators and Readers. 

The post holder must assist with the processing of all examination entries efficiently and in accordance with the regulations of the Examining Boards, process all student registrations, claims, certificates and enter details onto the MIS system and assist with the conveying of examination results and certificates to students and trainees with associated administrative recording.

Previous experience working in an exams environment would be desirable or experience in FE College setting, candidates must be IT literate and understand the importance of attention to detail and accuracy. An understanding of exam practices and procedures with knowledge of Awarding Bodies and qualification levels would be desirable and experience of invigilation would be useful but not essential, as training would be mandatory.

It is an essential requirement to be able to organise and manage own workload along with the ability to priorities and work as a team. We also require applicants to hold a UK driving licence as exams take place at Higham as well as across the 3 main sites here in Moulton. Flexibility required during peak exam season to accommodate early or late exam windows is ideal. 

You will have a minimum of a grade C in GCSE Maths and English Language (or equivalent) and ideally a further level 3 qualification in Business Administration or Customer Service.
