Due to continued growth in our provision, we are currently seeking a number of lecturers to teach within our Higher Education Sport team, delivering our Loughborough University validated Sport Degree provision from Level 4-6. Due to the number of posts we are recruiting we may be flexible in looking for either full time or part time posts, depending on subject specialisms and best fit.
We are looking for inspiring and self-motivated individuals with a passion for supporting students in the following disciplines:
- Physiology
- Nutrition
- Biomechanics
- Physical Activity and Health
- Sport and Exercise Therapy
- Sports Development
- Sports Coaching
The successful individual will inspire and challenge students and make a significant contribution to maintaining our Gold rated teaching excellence and high levels of student satisfaction. You will have a commitment to student centered learning with teaching and curriculum design, underpinned by scholarly activity, research and/or experience as an applied practitioner.
To be considered for this position you will be educated to Post Graduate level in a relevant subject area. You will possess excellent planning and organisational skills and will understand the requirements of delivering a diverse and creative curriculum. A teaching qualification is desired whilst the desire to work towards one is essential.
