Personal Achievement Tutor
Personal Achievement Tutors (PATs) are an integral part of our student experience and their success.
PATs provide wide ranging support to students in what is a pastoral role which includes, but is not limited to:
- Providing tutoring
- Delivering sessions
- Providing guidance to students - signposting where necessary to other college services
- Well-being support.
It is advantageous for candidates to have experience of providing advice, guidance or education to young people however this is not essential as The Bedford College Group is proud of the development opportunities we can provide to develop anyone who joins us. This role would be ideal for someone considering a career in teaching.

39 hours per week (0.89686 FTE) / 40 weeks per year
273 hours holiday per annum, pro rata
